Objectives: The cooperative investment converts invested funds into financial instruments and bonds which are high yielding and full Bank related. This helps individuals and associations with very little cash, money or finance to invest and gain high interest on investment. Also it makes the investor a financial stakeholder in the bond. Maximum Interest rate is 11% return on investments per annum. However interest rates are subject to change and determined by prevailing market rates.

Returns on Investment

• Our investments interest is paid ahead of the maturity date of your investment, which means you get your interest on the week you invest your money

How to invest:

• Simply send a mail to us and receive a form which should be downloaded and filled
• OR You can visit the Head Office to collect the form
• The filled form should be scanned and sent to us
• A form of identity (international passport, voters card, Drivers License) should be scanned and sent to us
• Payment will be made to the cooperative account, and the payment teller should be scanned to us
• Terms and conditions stated on application form must be complied with

How to get your interest?:

• Once you have paid in the invested fund into the bank account, with evidence of payment and scanned form sent to us
• You will receive your interest upfront payment within 5 working days

Maturity of Investments:

• The time duration for investment varies according to the investment package listed above.

 Maturity Withdrawal of Investment

• The investment periods is 6 or 12months duration and will be paid back on the 8 and 14 months respectively for each investment period.
• The Extra 2months is the developed withdrawal period for each investment

Termination before Maturity

• if investment if pulled out before the stipulated maturity period, the investor forfeits the interest
